BNP leaders to go to Eidgah wearing black badges
BNP Chairperson’s Adviser Mizanur Rahman Minu urged party leaders and workers to go to the Eidgah wearing black badges to express protest for keeping Khaleda Zia in jail.
Minu urged this before submitting memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner demanding release of Khaleda Zia from jail at Rajshahi court shaheed minar on Thursday.
Minu said, government has kept Khaleda Zia in jail by force. She is seriously sick at the moment. Though she was not given bail. This is inhuman. Fall of this government is a necessity.
Later they submitted memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner. Rajshahi metropolitan BNP president and City Mayor Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul, metropolitan BNP general secretary Shafiqul Haque Milon and other leaders and workers were present at that time.
