Countrymen will guard the vote centers: Nasim

Awami League presidium member and 14-party alliance spokesman Mohammad Nasim said, no need to guard the vote centers by the leaders and activists of any political party, people of the country will guard the vote centers in the upcoming election.

He said these at a press conference after holding 14-party alliance meeting at Awami League central office at Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Thursday.

The meeting was arranged to fix programs for election campaign to help win 14-party nominated candidates in the upcoming parliament election.

In response to BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir’s speech of guarding the vote centers Mohammad Nasim said, I do not understand why the BNP leaders are making threats. Why vote centers have to be guarded by you? You need not to guard the vote centers. People of the country will guard the vote centers.

He said, the election of December 30 will be the election of victory for the pro liberation forces. In the month of victory the force of pro liberation will never be defeated. So we hope that in the month of victory pro liberation forces will be victorious.
