The 14-day incubation period at the Ashkona hajj camp for the China returnee Bangladeshis has completed on Saturday. They will be sent back to their homes today and tomorrow by phases. But no newsman is allowed to stay there.

The information was delivered by Director of IEDCR (Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research) Professor Meerjady Sabrina Flora at a press conference at its office at Mohakhali in the capital on Saturday.

In the press conference Dr. Sabrina Flora said, it is our responsibility to keep secret the personal identity of 312 Bangladeshi nationals who returned from China city of Wuhan. We urge all concerned people including journalists to cooperate in such emergency public health situation.

Requesting the mass media personnel she said, if we fail to protect the secrecy then the people whose samples were collected may face social embarrassment. So we have to consider the matter.
