Casino businessmen two brothers had plan to go abroad
The absconding casino businessmen two brothers- Enamul Haque and Rupon Bhuiyan were planning to go abroad using fake passports. Criminal Investigation Department (CID) delivered the information.

DIG of CID Imtiaz Ahmed said this at a press conference on Monday afternoon.

He said, after the incident they fled in Cox’s Bazar. From there they planned to go abroad after making fake passports. They had plans to go Myanmar at first, then India and at last in Nepal.

Imtiaz Ahmed said, based on secret information they were arrested from Keraniganj yesterday. At that time 40 lakh taka was recovered from their possession. CID is investigating the cases after unearthing the incidents of illegal casino business in the capital.

CID said, 22 houses and plots of land were found named after Enamul Haque and Rupon Bhuiyan. Besides, five cars were traced used by them. They have at least 19 crore 18 lakh taka which was traced after reviewing 91 bank account statements. Those are freezed at the moment.
