You Tube rewards ‘Golden Play Button’ to Rtv Drama
You Tube has rewarded Bangladesh’s popular private television channel Rtv with ‘Golden Play Button’ as Rtv’s You Tube channel ‘Rtv Drama’ crosses the milestone of achieving 10 lakh subscribers.
On Saturday the ‘Golden Play Button’ sent by You Tube was uncovered at Rtv office. Managing Director of Rtv Humayun Kabir Bablu and Chief Executive Officer Syed Ashik Rahman uncovered the ‘Golden Play Button’.
Rtv Program Department Chief Dewan Shamsur Rakib, Deputy Head of News of news department Mamunur Rahman Khan, program department Assistant General Manager Syed Sabab Ali Arzoo, broadcasting and engineering department Deputy General Manager Swapan Dhar, sales and marketing department Deputy General Manager Sudev Chandra Ghosh, digital and social media Manager Md. Abu Nasim, Rtv online Deputy Chief News Editor Abdul Hakim Chowdhury and other Rtv officials were present on the occasion.
Rtv’s You Tube channel began its march on June 25 last year though the account on You Tube was opened on April 4. Blessed with the love of audiences it crossed the number of one lakh subscribers in just 17 days. For this reason the You Tube authority verified the channel and greeted with formal recognition certificate and crest.
On December 5 last year, Country Marketing Consultant of Google Hasmi Rafsan Zani came to Rtv office and handed over ‘Silver Creator Award’ Silver Play Button Crest to Rtv’s Managing Director Humayun Kabir Bablu and Chief Executive Officer Syed Ashik Rahman.
Audiences can watch the dramas at any time on Rtv Drama You Tube Channel which were telecasted on Rtv. At present through ‘youtube.com/rtvdrama’ channel monthly more than ten and half crore minutes videos are being offered.
Besides through Rtv online the readers are able to get the current news. Rtv has more than one crore 11 lakh fans on Facebook. Apart from Rtv Drama there are You Tube channels-Rtv Movies, Rtv Telefilm, Rtv Islamic Show, Rtv Talk Show and Rtv Music.
Only Rtv has achieved the honor among government and private television channels in Bangladesh. For the first time any You Tube channel in the country with dramas has touched the milestone of ten lakh subscribers.
