Information Minister praises film ‘Jodi Akdin’
The much discussed film ‘Jodi Akdin’ released on Friday. Eagerness was also seen among the audience centering the film performed by Tahsan Khan and Shrabanti.
An inaugural program was arranged at Basundhara Star Cineplex in the capital at 10 am on the occasion of releasing the film.
In the program Information Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud said, the barrenness that was prevailing in the film arena of Bangladesh has gone away. People with their family and relatives are being cinema hall bound at the moment. The scarcity that was prevailing to enjoy film with family members, has gone away and by this time films are being made. ‘Jodi Akdin’ is a quality cinema. It can be enjoyed with family members. I hope, cinema will not act as to provide entertainment and the society will be benefitted through this. Cinema will play role as to show dream for the young generation and for overall development of the country. I wish success of this cinema. It is being released in different halls. I hope our cinema arena will get new pace through the film ‘Jodi Akdin’.
Rtv’s Chief Executive Officer Asyed Ashik Rahman, director of the film ‘Jodi Akdin’ Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz, singer-actor Tahsan, Chanchal Chowdhury, acress Tisha, Bhabna, director Animesh Aich, Choynika Chowdhury, actress Shahnaj Khushi, Brindaban Das and other eminent persons of the entertainment arena were present in the program.
The film ‘Jodi Akdin’ produced by Bengal Multimedia and performed by Tahsan, Shrabanti, Taskin Rahman, Saberi Alam, Fakhrul Bashar Masum, Mili Bashar and others. Child actress Afrin Shikha Raisa performed in an important character. The film was directed by Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz.
