BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, Awami League government in future will be charged for anti humanitarian crimes like forced disappearances and murders.
He said these to the newsmen after visiting the family members of missing BNP leader M Ilias Ali at Banani in the capital on Friday.
Mirza Fakhrul said, ‘enforce disappearance’ is totally an anti humanitarian crime. It is mentioned in the United Nations Chart that this is a crime against humanity. The present government will be charged for this crime against humanity.
He said, we believe, trials will take place in future for this anti humanitarian crime. At present the country is running without democracy, there is no representation of the people. In real meaning when the representative government will be formed, at that time trials will be held.
Earlier, Mirza Fakhrul reached at the house of Ilias Ali. There he talked to Ilias Ali’s wife Tahsina Rushdi and elder son Abrar Ilias and inquired about them.
