Bangladesh in group ‘A’ of Bangamata U-19 Women’s Int’l Gold Cup

The programs of logo unveiling and draw were completed of Bangamata Under-19 Women’s International Gold Cup Tournament.

In this tournament the teams of six Asian countries are divided into two groups. In group ‘A’ there are- host Bangladesh, Mongolia and Laos and in group ‘B’ there are- United Arab Emirates, Tajikistan and Kirgizstan.

Tournament telecasting patent recipients Bengal Multimedia Limited (RTV) and Nagorik TV will telecast live the matches in the country and abroad. Besides, the matches will be broadcasted in social network of RTV.

In the logo unveiling program held at a hotel in the capital on Tuesday Prime Minister’s private industries and investment affairs Advisor Salman F Rahman MP was present as the chief guest.

He said, I want to thank the organizers for many reasons. Through this tournament we can send the message to the world that we are the role model of women empowerment. As well as to encourage the women players. Recognizing in a new way that they are doing well day by day. I express my thanks to all for naming this tournament after Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib.

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) President Kazi Salahuddin presided over the program.

In the program tournament proprietor K- Sports Chief Executive Officer Fahad Karim, BFF Senior Vice President Salam Murshedi MP, RTV Vice President Jasim Uddin, RTV Chief Executive Officer Syed Ashik Rahman and Nagorik TV Chief Operations Officer Dr. Abdun Nur Tushar also delivered speeches.

At that time RTV program department Chief Dewan Shamsur Rakib, Assistant General Manager of program department Syed Sabab Ali Arzu, Assistant General Manager of sales and marketing department Mozammel Hossain, RTV’s digital and social media Manager Mohammad Abu Nasim and RTV Online Deputy Chief News Editor Abdul Hakim Chowdhury were present.

UNICEF will act as the development partner in the Bangamata Under-19 Women’s International Gold Cup Football Tournament.
